The officers of Rustavi division of Kvemo Kartli Regional Police Division as a result of investigative activities held on the basis of operative information detained Levan Ch. (DoB 1987) in Rustavi for illegal purchase, keeping and carrying of firearms.
During the personal search law enforcers seized “Makarov” type pistol with one magazine and 8 bullets.
Investigation is in progress on the fact of illegal purchase, keeping and carrying of firearms, article 236, II part of the Criminal Code.
