The officers of the Central Criminal Police Department as a result of investigative acativities held on the basis of the operative information detained G.N. (DoB 1976) in Tbilisi for illegal purchase and keeping of firearms.
During the searching activities held in detainee’s apartment law enforcers seized unregistered “Parabelum” pistol with 8 bullets.
Detainee has already pleaded guilty.
Investigation is in progress on the fact of illegal purchase and keeping of firearms, article 236, II part of the Criminal Code.
