The officers of Old Tbilisi police division as a result of operative-investigative activities held on the basis of operative information detained Dimitri S. (DoB 1984) on Chikovani street for illegal purchase, keeping and carrying of drugs.
During the personal search of the detainee policemen seized “Geox” unregistered pistol with 6 bullets and 1 cartridge. According to the results of expertise the weapon is usable for shooting. Detainee has already pleaded guilty.
Investigation is in progress on the fact of illegal purchase, keeping and carrying of drugs, article 236, I and Ii parts of the Criminal Code.
