The officers of the Central Criminal Police Department as a result of operative-investigative activities detained R.I. (DoB 1991) in Tbilisi for illegal purchase and keeping of firearms and ammunition.
During the search activities held in detainee’s apartment policemen seized „GOLD-STAR-2002“ pistol with 1 cartridge.
Detainee has already pleaded guilty.
Investigation is in progress on the fact of illegal purchase and keeping of firearms and ammunition, article 236, II part of the Criminal Code.
