The officers of Tbilisi Police Main Division along with Didube-Chughureti police division as a result of jointly held operative-searching and investigative activities detained Archil M. (DoB 1991) for premeditated murder.
Investigation established that detainee, being under the alcohol influence inflicted multiple injuries in chest and leg areas on the basis of conflict to Giorgi B. (DoB 1983) on Tsereteli Avenue and fled from the place of crime. The victim died before he was transferred to the hospital.
As a result of operative activities Archil M. was detained in several hours after committing the crime. The weapon of murder-knife was seized by police.
Detainee has already pleaded guilty.
Investigation is in progress on the fact of premeditated murder, article 108 of the Criminal Code.
