The officers of Samegrelo-Zemo Svaneti Regional Main Division as a result of investigative activities detained Demna K. (DoB 1967) in Kakhati village, Zugdidi district for premeditated murder.
Investigation established that on November 17 Demna K. inflicted multiple injuries with a cold still to his father Jambul K. (DoB 1939) on the basis of conflict which took place in their own house in Kakhati village. Due to the received injuries the victim died at the place of crime. Detainee has already pleaded guilty.
Investigation is in progress on the fact of premeditated murder, article 108 of the Criminal Code. Investigation is conducted by Samegrelo-Zemo Svaneti Regional Main Division.
