The officers of Sagarejo police division of Kakheti Regional Main Division as a result of immediate operative-investigative activities detained Elimkhan E. (DoB 1973) for premeditated murder.
Investigation established that detainee attempted to kill his spouse Meleika G. with a firearm registered on his name, however he failed to make a shot. After the above mentioned he deliberated crashed into his wife with a car, due to which the victim died at the place of crime.
As a result of immediate operative and investigative activities law enforcers detained Elimkhan E. on the place of crime. Detainee has already pleaded guilty. Police already seized car and pistol as evidence.
Investigation is in progress on the fact of premeditated murder, article 108 of the Criminal Code.
