The officers of Kvemo Kartli Regional Main Division as a result of operative-searching activities established the person who committed the murder a “Friendship Street” located in Rustavi, who appeared to be the resident of Rustavi- Giorgi M. (DoB 1992).
Investigation established that Giorgi M. inflicted several injuries with a cold steel to his classmate – Gvantsa K. (DoB 1992) who died at the place of crime and offender left the crime scene. Law enforcers managed to detain Giorgi M. several hours later after the crime took place; he was found three kilometer away from the crime scene, unconscious, with injuries inflicted in throat area. Giorgi underwent surgery and his condition of health is normal at the moment.
Investigation is in progress on the fact of premeditated murder, article 108 of the Criminal Code.
