The officers of IV, IIX Divisions of Batumi Police Division and Khelvachauri Police division of MIA as a result of operative-investigative activities detained temporal owners of hotels located in Batumi and Gonio for providing lodging to prostitution. Detainees are citizens of Turkey- Hasan B. (Dob 1946), Orhan K. (Dob1980), and citizen of Georgia Zorbeg D.
Investigation established that detainees provided lodging to prostitution in several hotels for certain amount of cash.
In connection with the above mentioned law enforcers already interrogated several females and several men.
Investigation is in progress on the fact of providing lodging to prostitution, article 254. The committed crime envisages from 2 to 4 years of imprisonment.
