Officers of Batumi City Division of the Police Department of the Autonomous Republic of Adjara, the MIA as a result of operative- investigative measures detained Mirian M (D.o.B.:1993) for making available the area for prostitution.
The investigation established that the accused - for a certain amount of money - offered the space in the hotel owned by him in Batumi to the women for prostitution. Law enforcers interrogated the hotel staff and the women as witnesses.
The investigation on the fact of making available the area for prostitution is in progress (article 254 of the Criminal Code of Georgia).
