The officers of Lagodekhi police division of Kakheti Regional Main Division as a result of investigative activities held on the basis of operative information detained Teimuraz B. (DoB 1975) for drug crime in the village of Ninigori.
During the personal search law enforcers seized 0,3088gr of drug substance. According to the results of expertise the seized drug contains 0,0497gr of heroin.
Investigation established that detainee purchased drugs on the territory of Turkey and smuggled on the territory of Georgia.
According to the drug test it was established that Teimuraz B. was under the influence of drugs in the moment of his detention.
Detainee has already pleaded guilty.
Investigation is in progress on the fact of illegal purchase, keeping and transit of drugs and for repeated usage of drugs (articles 260, I part, article 262, I part and article 273 of the Criminal Code.
