The officers of Imereti, Racha-Lechkhumi and Kvemo Svaneti police department as a result of immediate operative-searching and investigative activities detained Nukri K. (DoB 1997) for premeditated murder.
Investigation established that on November 2, detainee murdered Maia J. (DoB1974) on the basis of conflict in the forest located near Tkibuli and fled from the place of crime. law enforcers managed to detain the accused persons several hours laterin Tkibuli. Detainee has already pleaded guilty.
Investigation is in progress on the fact of premeditated murder, article 108 of the Criminal Code.
