The officers of Detectives’ Division of Tbilisi Police Main Division along with Vake-Saburtalo Police Division, as a result of operative-searching activities detained Roin K. (DoB 1996) currently on probationary sentence or premeditated murder.
Investigation established that on May 25 at 17:00 in vicinities of the III platoo, block N12, detainee inflicted several injuries in chest area with a cold steel to Beglar M. (DoB 1996) on the basis of conflict and left the crime scene. Beglar M. died soon after he was transferred to the hospital.
As a result of immediate operative activities Roin K. was detained by the law enforcers several hours later in Tbilisi.
Detainee has already pleaded guilty.
Investigation is in progress on the fact of premeditated murder, article 108 of the Criminal Code.
