The officers of Tbilisi Police Main Division and Gldani-Nadzaladevi Police Division of Mia, as a result of immediate operative-searching activities detained Shota Kh. (DoB 1939) for premeditated murder in several hours after committing the crime.
Investigation established that during the conflict Shota Kh. inflicted injuries in head area with a blunt object to his son Giorgi Kh. (Dob 1981). Due to the received traumas the victim died at the place of incident. Law enforcers managed to detain Shota Kh. at the crime place, Gldani district, Tbilisi.
Detainee has already pleaded guilty.
Investigation is in progress under the article 108 of the Criminal Code of Georgia.
