The officers of Samegrelo-Zemo Svaneti police Department along with Zugdidi police division as a result of investigative activities detained Roman R. (DoB 1996) for premeditated murder.
Investigation established that on December 18 detainee murdered Soso E. (DoB 1951) with a blunt object on the basis of conflict. Due to the received traumas in head area the victim died at the place of crime while the offender left the place.
Detainee has already pleaded guilty.
Investigation is in progress on the fact of premeditated murder, article 108 of the Criminal Code of Georgia.
