The officers of Tbilisi Police Division as a result of operative-searching and investigative activities detained Davit G. (DB 1993) for premeditated murder.
Investigation established that on February 12, approximately at 23:45 detainee inflicted multiple injuries with a firearm to Giga Ochigava (DoB 1992) in leg and back areas his friend’s wine cellar on the basis of conflict and fled from the place of crime. Due to the sustained traumas the victim died before he was transferred to the hospital.
As a result of operative-investigative activities, held by the law enforcers, Davit G. was detained on February 14 in the village of Vardigora, Terjola region. the weapon of crime was seized by the law enforcers as evidence. Investigation is in progress on the fact of premeditated murder, article 108 of the Criminal Code.
