The officers of Samegrelo-Zemo Svaneti Regional Main Division and Mestia regional police division as a result of jointly held searching and investigative activities detained Mirian N. (DoB 1972) in Tchuberi village for premeditated murder.
Investigation established that detainee inflicted lethal injury with a cold steel to Levan Ch. (DoB 1986) in his own house located in Tchuberi village. The incident occurred on the basis of conflict. Due tto the received injuries the victim died at the place ofcrime.
As a result of investigative activities law enforcers detained Mirian N. several minutes later after the crime. The weapon of crime- knife was seized as evidence. Detainee has already pleaded guilty.
Investigation is in progress on the fact of premeditated murder, article 108 of the Criminal Code.
