The officers of Gardabani police division of Kvemo Kartli police department as a result of the investigative activity held on the basis of the operative information detained previously convicted Bakir B. (DoB 19760) for illegal purchase, keeping and transit of drugs.
During the personal search of the detainee police seized 0,47 gr of the drug substance which according to expertise contains 0,18 gr of heroin. Drug test revealed that Bakir B. was under the influence of drugs.
Investigation is in progress on the fact of for illegal purchase, keeping and transit of drugs, article 260, I part of the Criminal Code.
