The officers of Guria police department as a result of investigative activities held on the basis of the operative information detained N.Tch. (DoB 1976) for illegal purchase, keeping and selling of drugs in large quantities.
During the personal search of the detainee policemen seized 4 pills of suboxin drug which according to the expertise contains buprenorphine.
Drug test revealed that detainee was under the influence of drugs in the moment of his detention. Detainee has already pleaded guilty.
Investigation is in progress on the fact of illegal purchase, keeping and selling of drugs in large quantities, article 260, III part, sub-paragraph A of the Criminal Code.
