The officers of Central Criminal Police Department of the Ministry of Internal Affairs on the basis of operative information during the searching an investigative activities detained criminal authority Shalva G. (Dob 1973) in Tbilisi. Investigation established that on Octomber 16, Shalva G. crossed Georgian state border from Russian Federation by means of other name. During the personal search of detainee the law enforcers seized marijuana.
Investigation is in progress on the fact of illegal purchase and keeping of drugs, article 260, I part of the Criminal Code. Investigation is conducted by I division of II Main Division of Central Criminal Police Department of MIA.
