The officers of Khashuri police division of Shida Kartli Regional Main Division as a result of immediate investigative activities detained resident of Khashuri Judu O. (DoB 1991) for premeditated murder.
Investigation established that being under the influence of alcohol and on the basis of alcohol Judu O. inflicted multiple injuries in chest to Mikheil G. (DoB 1982) who was also under the influence of alcohol. Offender fled from the place of crime as for the victim, he died before he was transferred to the hospital.
Offender was detained in several hours as a result of immediate operative and investigative activities. He has already pleaded guilty.
Investigation is in progress on the fact of premeditated murder, article 108 of the Criminal Code, envisaging from 7 to 15 years of imprisonment.
