The officers of division for the fight against organized crime of Central Criminal Police Department detained Levan Marghia (DoB 1978) at Tbilisi International Airport for being a “Thieve by Law”.
Investigation established that detainee recognizes the “Criminal World” and from the certain period of lived and acted in accordance with special rules and “regulations” of the code of criminal world.
Investigation is in progress on the fact of being the member of the “thieves’ world” article 2231 part II of the Criminal Code of Georgia.
