The officers of Operative-Technical Department of Imereti, racha-lechkhumi and Kvemo Svaneti Regional Main Division and East Regional division of Anti-corruption Agency as a result of jointly held operative-searching and investigative activities detained Nikoloz T. (DoB 1959) for production and selling of forged documents.
Investigation established that Nikoloz T. made forged train driver assistant diploma for Irakli M. (DoB 1975) for 500 GEL. Law enforcers already seized forged diploma and 500 GEL from Irakli M.
Detainee has already pleaded guilty.
Investigation is in progress on the fact of production and selling of forged documents, article 362, I part of the Criminal Code of Georgia.
