The officers of Samegrelo-Zemo Svaneti regional main division as a result of operative-searching and investigative activities detained previously convicted Koba E. (DoB 1979) on the fact of armed robbery.
Investigation established that on 6 Octomber detainee along with 4 accomplices assaulted the family of old husband and wife residing in Korckheli village of Zugdidi region and managed to appropriated 150 GEL and medals. Koba E. fled from the place of crime.
As a result of investigative activities law enforcers detained Koba E. on 8 Octomber in Zugdidi and seized appropriated medals as evidance from his house.
Detainee has already pleaded guilty.
Investigation is in progress on the fact of armed robbery, article 179, II part of the Criminal Code.
