The officers of Ozurgeti Police Regional Division as a result of investigative held on the basis of operative information detained beka M. (DoB 1990) for theft.
Investigation established that on November 21, detainee penetrated the house located in Ozurgeti and stole 700 GEL, household appliances and left the crime scene.
Law enforcers detained Beka M. three days later in Ozurgeti village. Part of the stolen sum was seized by police as evidence. Detainee has already pleaded guilty.
Investigation is in progress on the fact of theft by penetrating the place of residence, article 177, II part, sub-paragraph A and part III, sub-paragraph D of the Criminal Code.
