The officers of Samegrelo-Zemo Svaneti Regional Division of the Central Criminal Police Department as a result of the investigative activities held on the basis of the operative information detained previously convicted Zaza G. (DoB 1982) in Tsaishi village for illegal purchase and keeping of drugs in especially large quantities.
During the personal search of the detainee law enforcers seized 7 packages of the drug substance weighting 3,49002gr. According to expertise the substance contains heroin. Detainee has already pleaded guilty.
Investigation is in progress on the fact of illegal purchase and keeping of drugs in especially large quantities, article 260, III part, sub-paragraph A of the Criminal Code.
