The officers of the Main Division Combating Illegal Circulation of Drugs of the Central Criminal Police Department of the MIA as a result of operative-searching activities detained the citizen of the Republic of Turkey Soner D. (DoB 1983) in Agara for illegal purchase and keeping of drugs in especially large quantities.
During the personal search of a detainee the law enforcers seized 49,73 gr. of heroine.
The investigation is in progress over the fact of illegal purchase-storage of drugs in especially large quantities (sub clause “a” of the VI part of the article 260 of the Criminal Code of Georgia).
