The officers of Central Criminal Police Department as a result of investigative activities held on the basis of operative information detained Viliam T (DoB 1981) in Tbilisi for illegal purchase and keeping of drugs in especially large quantities.
During the personal search of the detainee and searching activities held in the detainee’s apartment law enforcers seized drugs, which according to expertise contains 1,5758gr of heroin and 1,2712 gr of methamphetamine.
Drug test revealed that detainee was under the influence of marijuana.
Investigation is in progress on the fact of illegal purchase and keeping of drugs in especially large quantities, article 260, III part of the Criminal Code.
