The officers of the Division for Combat Psychoactive Substances of the Main Division for Combat Illegal Circulation of Drugs of the Central Criminal Police Department of the MIA, as a result of investigational measures carried out on the basis of an operative information detained previously convicted P.G (D.o.B.: 1978) in Tbilisi for illegal purchase and storage of drugs in particularly large quantities.
During the personal search of the detainee the law enforcers seized 11,78 gr of heroin. The accused has pleaded guilty.
Investigation is in progress over the fact of illegal purchase and storage of drugs in particularly large quantities (sub clause “a” of the VI part of the article 260, the Criminal Code of Georgia).
