The officers of Central Criminal Police Department as a result of investigative-searching activities held on the basis of operative information detained Tamaz O. (DoB 1982) in Khashuri for illegal purchase and keeping of drugs in especially large quantities.
Law enforcers, during the personal search of the detainee, seized 21 packages of drug, which according to expertise contains 2,44286 gr of heroin.
Drug tests revealed that Tamaz O. is the drug-addicted person. Detainee has already pleaded guilty.
Investigation is in progress on the fact of illegal purchase and keeping of drugs in especially large quantities, article 260, III part, sub-paragraph A of the Criminal Code.
