The officers of Poti Police Division of Samegrelo-Zemo Svaneti Police Department as a result of immediate operative-investigative activities detained V.R. (DoB 1967) for premeditated murder.
Investigation established that detainee inflicted injuries in chest area with a knife to her boyfriend Z.Sh. (DoB 1967) on the basis of conflict, due to which the victim died on the way to hospital. Policemen detained V.R. on the place of crime.
The weapon of crime was seized by the law enforcers.
Investigation is in progress on the fact of premeditated murder, article 108 of the Criminal Code.
