The officers of Isani-Samgori police division of MIA as a result of operative-searching and investigative activities detained Kakhi K. (DoB 1999) and Luka S. (DoB 1997) in Tbilisi on the fact of extortion committed by the group.
Investigation established that detainees extorted jewelry from Giga N. (DoB 1998) under the threats of liquidation and sold stolen items to the pawn shop. Detainees also demanded cash from the victim as if to reclaim jewelry from the pawn shop.
Investigation is in progress on the fact of extortion committed by the group, article 181, II part sub-paragraph A of the Criminal Code.
