The officers of Gldani-Nadzaladevi police division as a result of the operative-searching and investigative activities detained Shalva A. (DoB 1984) for causing health injury on purpose.
Investigation established that being under the influence of the alcohol; detainee wounded Giorgi D. (DoB 1990) and Irakli E. (DoB 1983) with a cold steel in chest area on the basis of conflict and fled from the place of crime. Both of the wounded persons have been transferred to the hospital.
As a result of operative-searching and investigative activities Shalva A. was detained in Tbilisi several hours later after the committed crime. Detainee has already pleaded guilty.
Investigation is in progress on the fact of causing health injury on purpose, article 117, VII part of the Criminal Code.
