The officers of Kobuleti division of Ajara Regional Main Division as a result of investigative activities held on the basis of operative information detained Nika Zh (DoB 1995) in Zestaphoni for the attempted murder.
Investigation established, that, the detainee inflected 3 injuries with cold steel to Tamar Ts (DoB 1998) on July 4th in “6th May” Park in Batumi and fled from the crime site. The law enforcers detained Nika Zh. as a result of investigative activities in Zestaphoni in several hours’ time after the crime took place.
Investigation is in progress on the fact of attempted murder, article 19-108 of the Criminal Code.
