The officers of Adjara Police Department and district inspectors division as a result of the investigative activities held on the basis of the operative information detained K.D. (DoB 1995) for illegal purchase and keeping of drugs in large quantities and Turkish citizen H.Q. (DoB 1958) for illegal purchase and keeping of drugs in especially large quantities.
During the personal search and searching activities held in H.Q’s rental apartment law enforcers seized 236 pills of suboxin, while as a result of the personal search of K.D. policemen seized 5 pills of the same drug.
Both of the detainees have already pleaded guilty.
Investigation is in progress on the fact of illegal purchase and keeping of drugs in especially large quantities, article 260, III part, sub-paragraph A and part VI, sub-paragraph A of the Criminal Code.
