The officers of Batumi police division of Achara police department as a result of investigative activities detained citizen of Germany E.M. for illegal purchase, keeping and smuggling of drugs in especially large quantities.
Law enforcers seized 238 pills of subutex drug during the personal search. According to the results of expertise the seized pills contain buprenorphine.
Investigation is in progress on the fact of purchase, keeping and smuggling of drugs in especially large quantities, articles 260, VI part, sub-paragraph A and article 262 IV part, sub-paragraph A of the Criminal Code.
