The officers of Samegrelo-Zemo Svaneti police department as a result of operative-investigative activities detained G.R. (DoB 1966) for drug-related crime.
During the personal search of the detainee law enforcers seized 43 packages of methadone drug weighing 70,4448 gr.
Detainee has already pleaded guilty.
Investigation is in progress on the fact of illegal purchase and keeping of drugs in especially large quantities, article 260, VI part, sub-paragraph A of the Criminal Code.
