The officers of the Vake-Saburtalo police division as a result of operative-searching and investigative activates detained denis P. (DoB 1986) for threatening and illegal purchase, keeping and carrying of firearms.
Investigation established that on November 26 detainee, being under the influence of the alcohol, threatened to one of the kids at the kinder garden N213 with the firearm.
During the searching activities held in detainee’s house police seized the weapon pf crime as evidence. Relevant expertise has already been appointed regarding the case. Detainee has already pleaded guilty.
Investigation is in progress on the fact of threatening and illegal purchase, keeping and carrying of firearms, articles 151 and 236 of the Criminal Code of Georgia.
