The officers of Imereti, Racha-Lechkhumi and Kvemo Svaneti police department as a result of the operative-searching and investigative activities detained Vladimer Ch. (DoB 1980) for armed assault.
Investigation established that detainee assaulted PSP drug store located in Kutaisi. Armed offender appropriated up to 500 GEL from the drug store employee and fled from the place of crime.
During the searching activities held in detainees house the weapon of crime was seized by policemen. Detainee has already pleaded guilty.
Investigation is in progress on the fact of armed assault, article 179 of the Criminal Code.
