The officers of main division for the illegal circulation of narcotics of Central Criminal Police Department of MIA as a result of searching-investigative activities based on operative information detained Levan N. (DoB 1973) in Tbilisi for illegal purchase and keeping of drugs and new psychoactive substance in large quantities.
As a result of the detainees personal search the law enforcers seized 12 packages of heroin, 0,125 gr. So called “Bio” and one piece of “Metadon”. The detainee pleaded guilty.
Investigation is in progress on the fact of illegal purchase and keeping of drugs and new psychoactive substance in large quantities, article 260, parts II and III, sub-paragraphs “D” and “A” of the Criminal Code.
