On the occasion of World Book Day the Minister of Internal Affairs of Georgia Mr. Vakhtang Gomelauri has donated the books of “the History of Georgia” in four volumes to the Library of the Spetial Tasks Department.
Approximately 600 books were added to the library of the compulsory military service soldiers existed on the Base of the I Division of the Special Tasks Department of MIA Special and Emergency Measures Center on the occasion of International Day of the Book. The books were collected and contributed by the Employees of the Special Tasks Department and other structural units of the Center.
The event were attended by the Director of the Special Tasks Department Mr. Zaza Pantsulaia, Deputy Director of the Department Teimuraz Eubidze and the Head of Administration of MIA Special and Emergency Measures Center Ms. Rusudan Kasradze.
The enlarged Library will give the opportunities to the compulsory military service soldiers of the Special Tasks Department to read the different types of books and enrich their knowledge on their spare time. The openning of the similar libraries is also planned in other structural units of MIA Special and Emergency Measure Center.
