Deputy Minister of Internal Affairs Archil Talakvadze was invited by the students of the Public Policy faculty of the Free University for holding the lecture. Students were interested in the public policy issues, work experience in the public sector, public registry experience and reform held at penitentiary system in the field of the healthcare.
Archil Talakvadze discussed issues connected with planning, implementation and results of the reforms. He also presented arguments, models of financing and management on which reform was based.
Students also put questions to Mr. Talakvadze on police activities and received comprehensive answers from the Deputy Minister.
