Deputy Minister of Internal Affairs Shalva Khutsishvili along with International Reations Director Shalva Kvinikhidze held meeting with the representatives of the non-governmental organizations and discussed Joint Operations Center which will be opened at the Ministry of Internal Affairs on October 4.
The project was developed under the initiative of the Minister of Internal Affairs in full compliance of latest police activity development trends in the world and envisaging best practices. Joint Operations Center will provide real-time monitoring across the country, unified management of the police forces and analytical support. Similar centers are operational in a few developed countries. It’s the latest approach in the fields of crime prevention, detection and prevention.
