Minister of Internal Affairs of Georgia Vakhtang Gomelauri attended emergency staff meeting led by Prime Minister of Georgia Irakli Gharibashvili. PM Gharibashvili highlighted the liquidation, rescue and clean-up activities implemented after the deadly disaster on June 13. PM Gharibashvili instructed relevant agencies to create working groups with the purpose to study and reveal the causes of the disaster. Prime Minister expressed gratitude towards volunteers and agencies and their representatives participating in the activities – rescuers, police, cleaning service and National Guard. Prime Minister also thanked media representatives for coverage of the events and its support. Minister of Internal Affairs spoke on the ongoing activities and existing situation on roads. According to the Minister, Patrol Police implements coordinated works along with Tbilisi City Hall and it will be possible to open traffic movement in several directions for tomorrow morning in order to unload traffic flow on the roads of the capital.
