Under the instructions of the Minister of Internal Affairs Giorgi Mgebrishvili up to 100 employees the Protection for the Strategic Objectcts under the Special and Emergency Measures Center got involved in the road clean-up activities in Batumi.
Commanders of the unit dislocated in the Ajara region have cleaned up roads and side-walks for the pedestrians.
During the snowfall period, Ministry of Internal Affairs along with other governmental agencies is assisting Ajara and entire country, especially residents of the mountainous villages in solving problems caused by the snow and bad weather.
