Based on the decision of the Inter-Agency Coordination Council of the Government of Georgia, lockdown of Batumi and Kutaisi will be suspended from tomorrow.
Police checkpoints will continue operation in the upper mentioned cities as well as the employees of the Ministry of Internal Affairs and Ministry of Defense to ensure the enforcement of regulations related to the curfew hours, passenger transportation and traffic movement. Thermal screening procedures will also continue at the mentioned police checkpoints.
Tbilisi and Rustavi still remain under the lockdown at the moment.
