The officers of Vake-Saburtalo Division of Tbilisi Police Department of the Ministry of Internal Affairs as a result of operative-searching and investigative activities detained T.G. (DoB: 1993) for causing intentional serious health injury. The crime committed by him envisages imprisonment from 3 to 6 years in length.
The investigation established that on February 7 of the current year, in A. Kazbegi Avenue, the offender, probably in a state of alcoholic intoxication, on the basis of a conflict wounded with a cold arm Kh. Tch. (DoB: 1993) and fled from the crime scene. The law enforcers managed to detain the offender the next day.
The investigation is in progress on the fact of intentional serious damage to health (article 117, I part of the Criminal Code of Georgia).
