The employees of Adjara Police Department of the Ministry of Internal Affairs, as a result of immediate operative-search measures and investigative actions, detained previously convicted L.G (DoB 1977), in Kobuleti for premeditated murder.
The committed crime envisions from 10 to 15 years of imprisonment.
The investigation established that the accused person, inflicted gunshot injuries to an acquaintance – T.G. (DoB 1993) on the basis of conflict on Kobuleti and fled the scene. The wounded man died shortly after being taken to the hospital.
Law enforcement officers detained L.G. as a suspect as a result of immediate activities.
The investigation is being conducted under Article 108 of the Criminal Code, which implies premeditated murder.
