The Ministry of Internal Affairs, in partnership with the United Nations Population Fund (UNFPA) local office and with the financial support of the Swedish government, announced arts competition to raise public awareness of the negative consequences of early marriage within the framework of "Do not deprive childhood" campaign.
Rules and conditions for participation in the arts competition:
• Any interested person, between 12 to 18 years, can participate in the competition;
• Contest works shouold respond to the theme of the contest in terms of content;
• In the application letter, it is necessary to indicate your name, surname, mobile phone number, e-mail address, the title of the painting and its brief description;
• After the end of the competition, members of the jury will select three best artworks, which will be awarded;
• Competition artworks that are essentially inconsistent with the topic and specified conditions, obscene, discriminatory, contain violence, as well as those which do not comply with general moral and ethical principles, will not be accepted;
• Each competitor has the right to present only one artwork;
• The technique and size of the artwork are not limited (the work created in an electronic device is not accepted);
• The participant must present his own artwork - a drawing found on the Internet will not be able to participate in the competition;
• The copyright on the submitted artwork must belong to the contestant. The Ministry is not responsible for third parties who may raise any kind of claim (property, non-property, copyright and related rights) regarding the published artwork;
• By participating in the contest, the contestant expresses his/her consent to participate in all events and campaigns related to this project;
• By participating in the contest, the contestant expresses his/her consent and gives the right to the Ministry to use the artwork sent in the future at the Ministry’s own discretion;
• We would like to inform you that by sending the artwork, the contestant automatically agrees to the terms of the competition;
• Artworks will be accepted until June 25, 2023.

Contest participants will be evaluated according to the following criteria:
� To what extent does the artwork respond to the theme of the competition;
� How original and creative the work is.
As a result of the competition, three winners will be selected, who will be given a certificate and a reward gift.
All participants of the competition will be given a certificate of participation.

The Ministry of Internal Affairs reserves the right, if necessary, to request the original version of the drawing.
