The officers of Mtskheta-Mtianeti Police Department of the Ministry of Internal Affairs, as a result of operative-search and investigative activities detained previously convicted, G.O. (DoB 1992) in Mukhrani for premeditated murder under aggravating circumstances committed against two or more persons.
Committed crime envisages from 16 to 20 years or lifetime imprisonment.
Investigation established that on July 7 of the current year, detainee inflicted multiple injuries with a cold steel to his father- A.O. (DoB 1968) and grandfather (DoB 1945) G.O. in his own house and fled from the place of crime. Due to the sustained traumas both male victims died.
G.O. was detained by the law enforcers two days later.
Investigation is in progress on the fact of premeditated murder under aggravating circumstances committed against two or more persons, crime envisages under the article 19, III part, sub-paragraph “A” of the Criminal Code of Georgia.
